WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

Facials can not be performed on skin with cold sores, open wounds,  bruising, rashes, or other infections. Clients will be asked to reschedule  if any of these are present on the skin.  

Please discontinue the use of exfoliating  products such as, retinol, AHA, and BHA that thin the skin at least 5-7  days prior to my facial or waxing service. Also, please avoid strong UV  exposure and extreme heat and sweating post facial/waxing. 

Please discontinue the use of products that create photo-sensitivity in the skin 5 days prior to your appointment. 

Not appropriate for those with epilepsy or a history of seizures.

It is recommended to do Botox and filler after a facial. Should you already have Botox please wait at least 3 weeks after getting Botox, and 6 weeks after filler to get a facial with Gua Sha massage.  

A 24 hours notice is recommended if possible.

Appointments can be canceled online, or by texting or calling 317-459-6157. 

After 2 no-show appointments, you will be required to book with a credit card, and a $50 fee will be charged if the client does not show up for the appointment without notice.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. 

Services: All facial service transactions are non-refundable. Coaching services - refer to your client agreement.

Gift Cards: All gift card transactions are non-refundable.

Products: Unopened retail items may be returned within 30 days. Opened retail items  are non-refundable.
