Hi, I’m Amy — a Licensed Aesthetician and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.

My journey into the world of skincare began with a deep passion for helping people look and feel their best. I’ve always loved connecting with others, offering them a space to feel seen, valued, and confident in their skin. But it was my own health journey that truly transformed how I 

approach wellness.

As I explored holistic health, I realized how interconnected every part of our lifestyle is — movement, food, sleep, stress — and how all of it impacts not only how we feel but how we age. That’s when I realized the importance of using clean, organic products and adopting a holistic approach that cares for the entire body. Skin is just one piece of the puzzle.

I kept thinking, “What more could I do for my clients?” That’s when health coaching came into play. I knew I could create a service that didn’t just address the skin, but the whole body — inside and out — so women could feel nourished, supported, and empowered to age well at every stage of life.

I use clean, organic products powered by plant actives — non-toxic, results-driven, and always designed with your well-being in mind. Each facial is customized to your needs combines non-invasive technology and restorative massage techniques to support your skin’s natural radiance and vitality. 

Health Coaching
True wellness goes beyond skincare. Through heart-centered coaching, I offer personalized guidance to help you make meaningful lifestyle changes that support your health, energy, and inner peace. Together, we’ll identify and nurture the habits that empower you to live well, age well, and feel fully nourished.
