WHAT DOES A HEALTH COACH NOT DO?
Health Coaches do not replace your medical professional. They do not diagnosed, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Rather, they are a supportive partner in assisting positive changes for overall well-being.

I use a client-centered approach. You are the expert because no one knows your body like you do.
We will discuss and work on the parts of your life that are most important to you, with no judgement!
I will meet you where you are and provide support, accountability, education, and encouragement as you walk down the path of self-discovery helping you to identify your optimal vision of health.
This is a partnership, and together we will co-create a plan that is personalized and works for you by utilizing your strengths to make the behavior changes that bring your vision to reality.
I want you to feel empowered to make the changes needed to live well, feel well, and age well.
This is up to you. Using a client-centered approach means you call the shots. Sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and needs. Areas of focus could be nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, skin health, relationships, finding meaning/purpose, spirituality, health challenges and anything in between that affects your overall well-being.
